New Year's Holiday

Annual Paid Leave

Earn increasing paid leave each year, starting with 10 days after 6 months and up to 20 days annually after 6.5 years.

Vacation Holiday

Transportation Expenses

Receive up to ¥30,000 per month to cover commuting costs.

Housing Rent Allowance

Get 40% of your rent covered (up to ¥50,000/month) if you forgo the transportation allowance. Additional support is available for those with partners.

Housing Loan Allowance

Financial support for homebuyers, based on your loan balance. Submit required documents to qualify.

Marriage Allowance

Celebrate your new chapter with a ¥100,000 marriage allowance upon registration.

Childbirth Allowance

Receive ¥80,000 for your first child, ¥60,000 for each additional child, plus a baby gift of up to ¥20,000.

Child Allowance

Get ¥15,000 per month for each dependent child to support your growing family.

Moving Allowance

Receive ¥100,000 to assist with relocation costs if you opt out of the transportation allowance post-move.

Mobile Phone Allowance

Stay connected—get your mobile bill covered (Rakuten Mobile) or receive a ¥4,200/month communication allowance.

Babysitter Allowance

Receive 50% reimbursement (up to ¥20,000/month) for childcare support.

Stock Options

Work-Life Balance at Spider

New Year's Holiday

Annual Paid Leave

Employees receive 22 days of paid vacation per year. Temporary workers and contractors can also receive prorated paid time off.

Maternity or Paternity Leave Licença Parental)

Parents can share up to 180 days of paid leave (83% salary) or 150 days at full pay. Fathers have 20 days of mandatory paternity leave, with five taken immediately after birth.

Working Hours & Overtime (Horas Extraordinárias)

Standard working hours are 40 per week, with overtime capped at 80-200 hours per year. Overtime pay is 125% for the first hour, 137% for additional hours, and 150% for holiday or rest-day work.

Pension & Retirement (Segurança Social)

Employers contribute 26.5% of an employee’s salary to social security, while employees contribute 11%. Independent contractors contribute 29.6% unless a 5% client contribution applies.
