This notice supplements the Spider Labs Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) and describes how Spider AF’s optional integrations with third-party advertising and analytics platforms access, receive, store, transmit and delete information. It applies when a customer connects a supported platform account to Spider AF. If a platform-specific disclosure in this notice directly conflicts with a general statement in the Privacy Policy, the platform-specific disclosure controls for that integration.

Effective date: August 13, 2026
Version: 1.0

1. Common Framework (Applies to Every Integration)

  • Authorization, not credentials. You connect each platform through that platform’s own authorization process (e.g., OAuth). We never ask for, receive, or store your platform username or password.
  • Purpose limitation. We access and process platform data only to provide, secure, support and improve the fraud-detection, reporting, tracking-template and exclusion features you enable, to comply with law, and as otherwise permitted by your agreement with us and the platform’s policies.
  • No sale of platform data. We do not sell or rent data obtained through platform integrations.
  • No end-user identifier uploads. We do not upload end-user identifiers (such as email addresses or telephone numbers) to any integrated platform for audience creation (e.g., Customer Match-type features), and we do not access the individual members or underlying end-user identifiers contained in such audience lists. Our audience-related API calls are metadata-only.
  • Automated actions you control. Where you enable automatic updates in your configuration, Spider AF applies fraud-related changes (such as tracking-template updates and IP/placement/audience exclusions) on an automated schedule without a separate per-action approval. You can disable automatic updates in your settings at any time.
  • Revocation. You may disconnect an integration at any time in Spider AF, and you may additionally revoke Spider AF’s access from your account security settings on the platform side. Revocation stops further access; data already processed is handled per the retention terms below.
  • Retention. Platform-derived campaign, configuration and performance data is retained in accordance with the Spider Labs data-retention schedule summarized in the Privacy Policy. In brief: raw traffic events used for fraud detection are retained for 90 days (with archival retention as described in the Privacy Policy); system logs for 30 days; and account-level records for the duration of the business relationship.
  • Sub-processors. Platform-derived data is hosted on the infrastructure sub-processors listed in our DPA Schedule 2 (AWS, Google Cloud, Akamai/Linode; error monitoring via Sentry with sensitive-field scrubbing).
  • Data deletion requests. See Section 3 (Data deletion) below.

2. Per-Platform Disclosures

2.1 Google Ads

ItemDetails
StatusGenerally available.
Authorization / scopesGoogle OAuth; Google Ads API scope. Spider AF’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data accessed & storedAccount, campaign, placement, performance, cost and configuration data reasonably necessary for the enabled features. Audience-list metadata only: resource name, list ID/name/description, membership status, list size and size range, list type, closing/access reasons, account user-list status, read-only flag, integration code, membership lifespan, search/display eligibility, match-rate percentage, rule definitions (for rule-based lists), and metadata about customer-run CRM-list uploads and similar-audience seed references. We do not access individual list members or end-user identifiers.
Data written backTracking templates; fraud-related exclusions (IPs, placements, audiences) — automated where auto-update is enabled.
PurposeAd-fraud detection, reporting, and customer-directed exclusions.
RevocationDisconnect in Spider AF; additionally revocable at Google Account → Security → Third-party access.

2.2 Yahoo! JAPAN Ads

ItemDetails
StatusGenerally available.
Authorization / scopesOAuth 2.0 via Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID; single scope yahooads. We store the OAuth access and refresh tokens and revoke them on disconnection. We never receive or store your Yahoo! JAPAN password.
Data accessed & storedAccount, campaign, ad-group and placement configuration, and daily performance and cost reports (impressions, cost, clicks, conversions, invalid-click metrics, delivery URLs / placement names) via the Yahoo! Ads Display & Search Ads APIs — the same categories as our Google Ads integration. No end-user identifier uploads; audience-related operations do not access individual members.
Data written backTwo fraud-related write-backs, both applied only after you enable the feature: (1) an audience-exclusion list (“SAFIVT”) that we create and apply as an exclusion to your campaigns, and (2) for Display Ads only, placement-URL deny-lists for blocked placements. The SAFIVT list is populated on the platform side from tag/pixel events on your own site when invalid traffic is detected — we do not upload identifiers or IP addresses to build it. Ongoing synchronization is automated (daily / 6-hourly); we do not write tracking templates or IP exclusions for Yahoo! JAPAN Ads.
PurposeAd-fraud detection, reporting, exclusions.
RevocationDisconnect in Spider AF (tokens revoked); additionally revocable in your Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID settings.

2.3 Meta (Facebook / Instagram Ads)

ItemDetails
StatusGenerally available.
Authorization / scopesMeta Marketing API via Meta’s OAuth dialog; permission ads_management. We store the OAuth access and refresh tokens and revoke them on disconnection.
Data accessed & storedAd-account list, campaign and ad-set configuration, pixel and custom-audience lists (IDs and names only), and performance reports via the Insights API (impressions, clicks, spend, reach, CPM, actions) — the same categories as our Google Ads and Yahoo! integrations. We never access Custom Audience membership and never upload end-user identifiers (no email addresses, telephone numbers or device IDs anywhere in the integration).
Data written backLimited to objects we create: we create one custom audience (“SAFIVT [1-click-setup]”), attach or detach it as an exclusion on ad-set targeting, and delete it when you offboard. The audience is a pixel-rule-based website audience populated by Meta from your own pixel events (180-day retention on Meta’s side). We never modify or delete your pixel, and we write no placement blocks or tracking templates. Initial setup is manual; ongoing synchronization is an automated daily job.
PurposeAd-fraud detection, reporting, exclusions.
RevocationDisconnect in Spider AF; additionally at Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.

3. Data Deletion

To request deletion of data obtained through a platform integration:

  1. Disconnect the integration in your Spider AF settings (and, if you wish, revoke Spider AF’s access from the platform side as described in Section 2). Disconnection stops all further data access.
  2. Send a deletion request to dpo@spideraf.com from an email address associated with your account, identifying the platform integration concerned.
  3. We will verify the request and delete or de-identify the integration data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations and the retention periods described in Section 1. We will confirm completion by email.

This section serves as the data-deletion instructions for platform app-review purposes (e.g., Meta’s Data Deletion Instructions URL).

4. Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice as integrations change or as platform review requirements evolve. The effective date and version history appear at the top of this notice. Material changes will be handled in accordance with the change provisions of the Privacy Policy.
