Welcome to the support page for viewing your Ad Keywords summary! This guide will walk you through how to view your summary, including the total clicks, invalid clicks, and invalid rate percentage.

To view your summary, follow these steps:

Log in to your account

To view your ad campaign summary, you need to log in to your account using your username and password.

Access the Dashboard

Once you are logged in, navigate to the “Ad Fraud Protection” tab, select the “Paid clicks” section and lastly select the “Ad Keywords” category.

Here, you will see a summary table with a breakdown of your total clicks, Invalid Clicks, and Invalid Rate Percentage. In addition, you can view a breakdown of your top 5 keywords with a short summary breakdown that shows the total clicks and invalid clicks.

How Spider AF detects keywords

Keywords are generated by the following information from the landing page URL.

  1. UTM_Term
  2. Keyword
  3. SAF_KW

In the situation where multiple URL parameters are found, Spider AF will prioritize the parameter based on the order above.

Keyword Performance section

Scroll down to the Keyword Performance section. This section will display a scrollable table breakdown of the total clicks, invalid clicks, and rate percentage for each keyword. You can also see the number of bot clicks, repeat user clicks, crawler clicks, data center clicks, domain spoofing clicks, spoofed device clicks, geo clicks, invalid user agent clicks, and suspicious IP clicks.When no keyword is found, Spider AF will report the traffic as “Undefined Keyword” Although “Undefined Keyword” is available in the breakdown, it will not be shown in the top keywords section.

  • Above terms definitions
  • Bot clicks: These are clicks that are generated by automated programs (bots) instead of by human users.
  • Repeat user clicks: These are clicks that are generated by the same user clicking on your ad multiple times within a specific time period.
  • Crawler clicks: These are clicks that are generated by web crawlers or spiders, which are automated programs used by search engines to index websites.
  • Data center clicks: These are clicks that are generated from a data center, which is a facility used to house computer systems and related components.
  • Domain spoofing clicks: These are clicks that are generated by a fraudulent website that pretends to be a legitimate website in order to trick users into clicking on ads.
  • Spoofed device clicks: These are clicks that are generated by a fraudulent device that pretends to be a legitimate device in order to trick users into clicking on ads.
  • Geo clicks: These are clicks that are generated by users in a specific geographic location.
  • Invalid user agent clicks: These are clicks that are generated by an invalid user agent, which is a software program that identifies the user's device and browser.
  • Suspicious IP clicks: These are clicks that are generated by an IP address that has been flagged as suspicious, often because it has been associated with fraudulent activity.

Download Data

If you need to download this data, you can do so via CSV. Simply click on the "Download CSV" button located at the top right of the table.

Use the Main Filter Top Bar

The main filter top bar allows you to choose a particular tracker, ad network, segment, and date range. This filter is located at the top of the page, and you can use it to refine your results and gain insights into specific ad campaigns.
