Users Management

On this page you have full control over user information, including the ability to view, edit and disable user accounts.

Welcome to the user management support page! This guide will show you how to manage your users using the dashboard, which gives you full control over user information.

Accessing Your Dashboard

To manage your account settings, you first need to log in to your account dashboard. Once you log in, you will see the account settings option in the top right corner of the dashboard. Click on the account settings option to access your settings.

User Management


The dashboard displays a table of all the users registered in your system, along with their role, name, email, and account status. You can easily sort the table by Name, email or Status, to quickly locate the user you are looking for.



Add a new user

To add a new user, click on the "create a new user" button. You will be then taken to a new screen where you can enter your new user’s name, email, and role.

Edit an existing user

To edit a user's information, click on the "Edit" icon on the user list table on the last column of each user. You will be able to update their name, email, and role if required.

This will take you to their user profile page where you can view all their details, edit their information, upgrade their role or disable their account if necessary.


Pending Users


If a user has not accepted their invitation via email, they will appear as "Pending" in the user table. To resend an invitation to make them active, simply click on the "Resend Invitation" button next to their name. Once the user has accepted their invitation, they will be granted access to your account.

Disabling Users


If you need to disable a user's account, simply select the "Disable access to this user" button on their profile page, as explained in the “edit an existing user” section above. This will prevent them from logging in to your system and accessing any of their information.
