Welcome to our support page for the trial report that provides insights into your trial. This report is designed to help you understand the performance of your trial and provide you with valuable information to improve your ad campaign. In this guide, we will walk you through the various sections of the dashboard and explain the information that is available to you.

Overview Section:

The overview section of the dashboard provides you with key metrics to give you an overall view of your trial performance. You will see your total estimated fraud cost, the total number of invalid clicks, and the average percentage of invalid clicks rate.

Additionally, you will see a traffic analysis section that displays the number of networks you are using. There is a table in this section that is broken down into the following columns: Network, Total Clicks, Invalid Clicks, Estimated Cost Per Click, Estimated Fraud Cost, and Bot Clicks.

Fraud Types Section

The fraud types section is where you can see the top five Ad Fraud Types that affected you the most. You will see the total number of paid clicks that Ad Fraud impacted you, as well as the invalid rate.

There is also a Fraud Breakdown table that includes:

  1. Fraud Category: This column categorizes the fraud event into a specific type of fraudulent activity, such as Bots, Invalid User Agent, or Geo Masking.
  2. Fraud Type: This column identifies the type of fraud that was detected during the trial. The two primary types of ad fraud are General Invalid Traffic (GIVT) and Sophisticated Invalid Traffic (SIVT).
  3. Paid Clicks: This column shows the total number of clicks that were generated during the trial that resulted in payment.
  4. Invalid rate percentage: This column shows the percentage of clicks that were deemed invalid by our fraud detection system. This rate is calculated by dividing the number of invalid clicks by the total number of clicks.

If you want more information on a particular fraud event, you can select the “View Log” button in the same table to see the Fraud Log.
